Free Meals for ALL Students

Panama Central School District to Continue Free Breakfast and Lunch Through Community Eligibility Provision (CEP)

Panama Central School District is pleased to announce that we will continue participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2026–2027 school year.

Through CEP, all enrolled students are eligible to receive one healthy breakfast and one healthy lunch each school day at no cost. Students may choose the daily menu offering or an approved alternate meal for breakfast and/or lunch.

Additional meals and à la carte items, such as extra milk, bottled water, chips, and other snack items, will continue to be available for purchase.

Because Panama Central School District participates in CEP, families do not need to complete an application for free or reduced-price meals. However, each household will be asked to complete a Household Income Form. The information collected helps determine eligibility for additional state and federal programs and supports important funding opportunities that benefit our students and school district. The Household Income Form will be included in the district's back-to-school information.

We are proud to continue offering this valuable program, ensuring that every student has access to nutritious meals each school day while helping secure additional resources for our schools. Thank you for your cooperation in completing the Household Income Form. If you have any questions, please contact the Panama Central School District Business Office at 716-782-4455.
